Join The Salon and Steel City Rowing Club for one of our signature summer kayak outings on the Allegheny River. Launching from SCRC’s Verona boathouse, we’ll paddle to Sycamore Island — one of Pittsburgh’s last undeveloped river islands — for a short nature walk. Then we’ll drift back downstream and end the evening with snacks, drinks, and conversation on the riverside balcony.
