Find – and live from – your core (in community!) with this four-part series.
Meeting each Monday evening, these one-stop-shop sessions will combine Pilates-based movement, anatomy education, and guided reflection exercises to help participants explore what alignment feels like in both body and life.
The first hour builds core awareness and physical alignment, and is led by Dilla Mastrangelo, a multi-decade Pilates Teacher with a master’s degree in movement education and additional certifications in Gyrotonic, yoga, energetic healing, Tai Chi, and massage therapy.
Building on this embodied foundation, the second hour will shift to reflective exercises and small-group conversation. This portion will be led by Salon co-head Alexis Obernauer, a certified life coach with a Masters in Pastoral Studies focused on spiritual formation and psycho-spiritual development.
Together, these practices help participants clarify a higher calling, recognize areas of misalignment, and begin charting a path forward in a supportive community.
Please note: this is not a religious program. As The Salon finds its next home, we are tapping an open space in the Seminary for its central location and abundant free parking.
Also note: This program may not be appropriate for individuals with acute injuries or significant movement limitations. Please reach out to Alexis@thesalonpgh.com if you would like to discuss your condition prior to registration.
