Have a hard truth that needs to be expressed? Whether it’s a professional goal, personal challenge, or bold new idea, this is your chance to bring it to the surface and make it happen! In this workshop, Salon members and therapists Amy and Kim will guide us through skills of speaking our truths and sharing them effectively. After we set the frame for the session, we’ll each share our truth while offering others a safe and no-judgment space to do the same.Along the way, we’ll learn how to connect with our authentic voice and address potential pitfalls that can disrupt a productive dialogue. At the end, we’ll break into pairs to practice our future interactions.Together, we’ll acquire the skills to advocate for ourselves with self-assurance and assertiveness.
